  We have stored our belongings at Legacy for practically three years. When we first got our unit, we were going to just get the cheapest option. Jeff suggested the climate control because of what we stored but I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell or force me into anything. When we signed our contact, Lee Ann answered all of our questions with full transparency. Even though the prices raised a couple of times in three years, we got at least a 1 to 2 month warning, so I didn't have any surprises. When I checked my boxes when we moved out, everything was just as we left it. The unit was clean and we never had any issues with our belongings. Both Jeff and Lee Ann are very personable and understanding. I even got a couple of reminder calls when I spaced making my monthly payment. I felt my things were safe, I never felt pressured to upgrade or to move out fast. If I ever need storage help again, I will most certainly be back. I would recommend Legacy to anyone. Thanks Legacy for your help.
